Broccoli stir-fry

Makes 6 servings
2 Tbsp.  sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped onion, shallot, or leek
4 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup sweet pepper strips
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1.  Heat oil in skillet until hot.  Add walnuts and onion;  stir-fry for 1 minute.
2.  Add broccoli;  continue to toss for 3-4 minutes.
3.  Add pepper and soy sauce;  cook 1 minute longer.  Serve immediately.
