Makes 4 servings
3 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. pac choi
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1. Heat wok over high flame 1 minute. Add the oil and heat. When it is very hot (almost smoking), add salt, garlic, and pac choi.
2. Stir-fry until pac choi is wilted, about 3 minutes.
Serve as a side dish!
